With its complex physical maneuvers, fencing helps develop muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination. fencing is also a mental exercise, requiring similar strategy as the game of chess. on top of the health benefits, you get to play with swords!

    You may have asked yourself why your child’s picture is not up on the wall yet? That is because our printer has been beyond repair for over a year and a half. This year our annual goal is $ 40,000 with our most immediate need being $5,000 by December 30th for our commercial color printer and supplies.

    RYC Tournament on Sunday March 26, 2017

    The Regional Youth Circuit (RYC) is sanctioned by USA Fencing and their Youth Development Committee (YDC). RYCs are a group of events in each region throughout the country for youth fencers in the Y10, Y12, and Y14 age categories in all three weapons.

    Congratulations! Gillian Lawlor Signs Letter of Intent with Boston College

    Gillian Lawlor, shown here with her proud parents, signed a letter of intent this week to fence next year at Boston College! Gillian will be in the Boston College Class of 2021, part of the Varsity Fencing Team, in the ACC Conference. Gillian is currently a senior, fencer, and student at Oak Knoll School!
