Classes

The New Jersey Fencing Alliance offers classes and instruction for fencers of all levels of experience and interest. Classes are held for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced students . Group classes are between 1 1/2 to two hours long depending on level of fencer. Every class begins with a warm up, run, and a thorough stretching routine. Drills, lessons, fencing, and lectures follow for the remaining class time. Group lessons are a good way to learn about the sport of fencing. Two sessions per week are important to the student's conditioning and development of neuro-motor skills.
